It is restaurant work, clearing dishes, wiping down stainless steel, trying to get customers to decide what sort of sides they want with their meals (95% of the people that sit at the bar order food)...but for the most part I enjoy it. I don't enjoy working seven days a week (I always work Sat. and Sun. at the bar), but at least I'm making a little money. As for the theme, no, not a custom job. At least not my custom job.
